This has been quite a dream year, new record for regular season points and wins, Eric Staal nets 100 points, SE Division title, I get into Beckett Hockey as Collector of the Month for my Hurri-Den, I meet most of the Hurricanes while in Raleigh for Ron Francis Night, I meet Ron Francis (FINALLY) and have him sign my jersey, Cam Ward emerges as a player, and now a trip to the Stanley Cup Finals? If they can bring home a big shiny thing in a couple weeks, it would be the culmination of 27 years of eating, sleeping, breathing, bleeding for the franchise.
